Punctuality is appreciated; please inform us promptly of any delays (e.g., flight changes) so we can adjust your check-in time accordingly. Unannounced delays may incur a €50 rescheduling fee.

For car rental delays, consider sending part of your group ahead by taxi to maintain the scheduled check-in.
