We will offer free cancellation up to 60 days before check-in and also 70% refunds if less then 60 days before check-in on all bookings in case of cancellations caused by COVID-19 restrictions either in Spain or in your home country during your booking dates.
The cleaning and disinfection procedures of our cleaners were always strict. Now, due to COVID-19, we have added disinfection with hydrogen peroxide and ozone generating machines on all our cleanings.
Please use the mask in communities and respect all precautions like hand hygiene, physical distancing (see recommendations of World Health Organization on https://www.who.int/emergencies/diseases/novel-coronavirus-2019/advice-for-public).
In order to have a fair situation report, please notify us if any of the persons who were our guests develop symptoms of COVID-19 within 14 days from the day of your departure.
